M J Enterprise is an integrated engineering services company providing Engineering, Project Execution, Installation and Maintenance solutions to a wide spectrum of organisations, including housing complexes, hotels, multinational restaurants & QSRs, industrial parks, commercial establishments, corporate offices, institutions and other facilities.
Our capabilities cover civil construction and renovation, electrical and fire-fighting systems, HVAC and commercial kitchen ventilation, plumbing and water management, CCTV and security systems, gas pipeline installation, duct fabrication, MS fabrication, false ceiling, painting and other infrastructure-related works.
We undertake both new projects and requirements within existing operational facilities, providing end-to-end support from site survey and planning through execution, installation, commissioning, rectification, renovation and ongoing maintenance.

As the first employee of M J Enterprise and a core team member, Sahanawaz plays a key role in managing operations, sales and marketing, ensuring effective coordination and smooth execution across the organisation.

In India, a project is typically executed by a dedicated project team and subsequently operated by an engineering, operations or facility management team. However, there is often a gap between project execution and long-term facility operation.
Many facilities are also not designed and executed with sufficient consideration for their future maintenance requirements. As buildings and infrastructure age, they require continuous rectification, renovation, modification and upgradation. Managing these requirements often means coordinating multiple vendors across civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, waterproofing, fabrication and other specialised works.
M J Enterprise was established to bridge this gap.
